Fintech HI.RE was formed in early 2024 by Cliff van Tonder, a veteran of the global fintech, financial services and IT industry. Cliff held senior executive positions for over 20 years with well-known fintech and financial services firms such as Zafin, Finastra, Temenos, BNP Paribas, SOFGEN and FIS
Leveraging his industry skills and deep global relationships built over many years, Cliff is changing the way senior talent is acquired by using personal, evolved resourcing methods, and the application of Human Intelligence to find and select perfectly matched talent.
